Amber is a lead luxury brand consultant and has worked with some incredible people and brands throughout her career.
She initially trained as a chef with Michel Bourdin in the kitchens of the Connaught Hotel and in the skills of restaurant management with Marco Pierre White. With Dora Loewenstein Associates she worked in events management developing her network and address book all the while which she then took to Mark Birley and his legendary nightclub, Annabel's. Later with Robert Earl Amber developed her skills in business development, during this time making her first investment in Astley Clarke.
Moving on to develop her own career as an advisor, fund raiser and business development consultant for luxury brands she has worked with and assisted from startup's to established brands including Astley Clarke, Faberge, Krug, Moncrief, Ralph Lauren, Jaguar, Vistajet and many more. Amber is an ambassador to the Blue Marine Foundation and works closely with the charity of her late father, Sir Nicholas Nuttall Bt., BREEF - the Bahamas Reef Environment Educational Foundation.
Amber has a attained her CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance.
